Our Adventures in Riley World
Presents an acrostic inspired by
Christine.
Everyday she makes me eat. Foods I
do not want.
Right beside me she does sit and
Avoids my pleading eyes.
Try as I might…
I gag and heave and wipe my eyes.
One more bite I tell myself as I
Nibble away at what’s on my plate.
I think I can, I think I can…
F*CK
Operation IFO!!!

Fantastic! Bravo!! Bravo!! And a great idea to put a definition in the post. :)
ReplyDeleteOnly because I didn't have a great story to lead into it like you did. :)
DeleteAwesome acrostic :) Really well portrayed emotions.
ReplyDeleteAnd look, Christine - yer FAMOUS!
Let me go and include you in a tweet to share this...oh...wait...no :'(
Just imagine how famous Christine COULD be if she were on Twitter. Right??? ;P
DeleteHugelymassively! All her friends are there. Most of them tweet her posts anyway - just no-one to damn well TAG in them. Ack.
DeleteYea...took me a while to figure out that she wasn't on Twitter. :/
DeleteFour. Freakin' Minutes. And now my jibe about Twitter is all for naught. Damn. Someone take away her laptop again...
ReplyDeleteWhaaaaaa????? You mean...SHE IS!!! *gasp*
DeleteAlack, no. Just that my comment (and jibe) will not be seen by her, and the effect will be voided.
DeleteI did get followed the other day by someone with the same last name, and I was all "WHOA! NO FREAKINWAY!" Then looked at their profile and it was such a letdown. Not her.
*sigh*
