C is for Cookies

I bet you thought this was going to be about COVID-19. Afterall, that IS the reason I decided to give this Challenge a go.

I mean, that would’ve been easy. I could have done a little googling and quoted a bunch of facts and linked to a bazillion articles. But where would be the challenge in that?!?!? 

So instead I’m going with cookies. In particular, Chocolate Chip Pretzel cookies.

I made these because I was “hosting” my first Zoom get together with friends last night and, as we know, all great hosts make baked goods.

    SO kind of you to remember your hostess duties and make cookies! Did you eat them all in front of the other Zoomers?
